JPL uses a database software by Claris (Apple, Inc.) called Filemaker Pro for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).  We’ve custom built our own system on the Filemaker platform and have full integration capabilities with almost every system imaginable.  We have not yet come across a system with which we cannot integrate in some way.  Each customer account is set up specifically to address that specific customer’s needs and reporting requirements.

Our system allows us to fully adjust the reports, end customer contact, and even live access for each of our customers’ data.  Many times in the past, we have made adjustments specifically for individual customers to address their unique needs.
